High pressure ridge, but nominal barometer?  Hot inland but cooler on the coast.  Not a lot of wind, but there were reports of some localized velocity.

Topa was only good into the high 4s.

Some HGs were spotted coming back from Pine later in the day.  The late PG crew was too late.  Light wind from the SE, forward launches, and fizzle out to the Rocky Ledges.  They were soarable till 6:30.

There were reports of some wind at Solimar, and the numbers at Camarillo looked ok.
