Chris's Narrative

The weather lined up back there today. The obvious choice was to launch from
Little Pine but I won’t make it up there on foot in a morning. Flying OTB
to connect there from the front range wasn’t reasonable today given the wind and
low TOL.
There were some ? marks in the forecasts, which didn’t all agree. In any case the skew t’s looked better in the backcountry than they did on our coastal range.
Our flight plan was to climb up from southeast bowl, bench back to Little Pine, and come back. I thought it would be rad to climb out from a 600’ hill. Dave pulled it off!
Thanks Sandra for the retrieve!
my favorite part was when Dave asked me which one was Little Pine
